1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or using https://brightexworld.net (the “Website”), operated by BrighteX (Brightex Future Lighting), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Website. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Website means you accept the latest version.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for giving correct information and for keeping your account password safe. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, so please inform us immediately at sales@brightexworld.net if you notice unauthorised use.
3. Products and Information
We sell LED bulbs, panel lights, tube lights, flood lights, extension boards and other lighting and electrical products. We try to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Please check wattage, voltage and size before buying, and have electrical products installed by a qualified electrician.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers can change without notice, and the price shown when you place your order is the one that applies. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we confirm the order or dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship through courier partners to serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays or other events beyond our control. Please provide a complete address and working phone number. Check your package on delivery, and if it is damaged or opened, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
7. Returns, Refunds and Warrantyc
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Products must generally be unused and in original packaging, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival. Any warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover wrong installation, voltage fluctuation, physical damage, moisture, misuse or unauthorised repairs. To make a claim, contact us with your order number or invoice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not give false information, try to hack or disrupt the Website, upload harmful code, scrape our content with automated tools, or misuse our contact forms and WhatsApp chat to send spam. We may block access or take legal action if these Terms are broken.
9. Intellectual Property and Liability
All content on the Website, including the BrighteX name, logo, images, text and design, belongs to BrighteX and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. The Website is provided on an “as is” basis, and to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
10. Governing Law, Grievances and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
